Interview with Marshy!
Do you have any inspirations, if so who and why?
My inspiration was to try and give back to the minecraft community after having loved and enjoyed the game for 10 years!
What's your thought on the skyblock reset? What features are your favourite?
I think the skyblock reset is absolutely amazing, Merlyn and FqdedStqr did an incredible job on the development and the builds! My favourite feature is the /warps GUI.
What Gamemodes do you plan on adding/keeping?
We are 100% keeping the skyblock and SMP Gamemodes, and in the near future we are going to be updating SMP with a huge, super in depth and cool update. We will also be adding a prisons and a creative gamemode, as well a factions gamemode.
Do you plan on having a store if so what will be sold?
We have a brand new custom forums, and store which will have things such as donation ranks and crate keys available on it!
Most memorable moment on the server? And why?
My most memorable moment on the server is the time SMP broke it's player record of 13 players!
Why did you make the server in the first place?
I made the server in may 2020, to try and provide something new and unique that hadn't been seen before in minecraft. I am so unbelievably happy with how the server is looking so far!
What exactly do you look for in builders+staff?
In staff members we look for maturity, and some level of experience, as well as the ability and willing to learn and improve! In addition to the above criteria, our builders need to showcase building aptitude as well as having the willing to learn and improve! Essential for builders and staff members also is the ability to work well in a team.
What are you looking forward to doing with the server?
I am looking forward to updating and/or releasing our new gamemodes, as well as helping to grow the playerbase!
When is smp updating and what is being added?
The SMP reset is extremely elaborate and will take 1-2 months or longer to be completely finished I would say, the next gamemodes to be released will be prisons and creative! As for what is coming in the SMP reset, the details are a complete secret
